Letters of Recommendation
The Eighth Star Club is a youth club for teenagers aged 12 to 18 who study and live in the city of Herzliya. The club provides leadership, culture, art and positive leisure activities.
Martial served as the facility manager of the youth club while also managing the recording studio. In his role as facility manager, Martial was responsible for maintaining the building, the logistical management of events, working with suppliers, working with municipal bodies, obtaining business licenses, and more. He always carried out all of this in the best possible way, with a professional and pleasant approach.
Alongside that, Martial has managed the recording studio to this day. In the studio, Martial works mainly with teenagers. It's worth noting that, thanks to his positive charisma, Martial manages to carry the teenagers toward creative places.
Martial shows it from every side: assertiveness, leadership, determination, warmth, humanity, initiative and creativity. And with these qualities, among many others, he manages to carry teenagers and young people toward whatever dream they want to make real.
Because Martial operates in a variety of roles at the Eighth Star Club, the teenagers see him as a professional and educational figure.
I warmly recommend any activity or initiative that he undertakes, or any activity he decides to take part in. I greatly enjoyed working with Martial, because he always thinks a step ahead, is willing to give his time and energy, is creative, professional, and does everything from the heart. The results speak for themselves!
I'd be happy to give further details verbally.
Martial, to me, was always much more than a talented sound and music professional - he was a mentor, a source of inspiration, and someone who deeply influenced my professional path (and that of the entire hip-hop industry).
At the start of my career as a music producer, I came to him so he could help me mix the first album I produced, 51%, working on 4 rappers who each sounded and behaved differently. That experience was a real turning point for me. Working with him changed the way I hear music, produce, record and mix to this day.
Martial taught me a huge amount - not just about technique and sound, but also about the right way to approach an artist, a session and the entire creative process. He has a rare combination of deep knowledge, an exceptional ear, musical sensitivity, and the ability to pass on his knowledge in an inspiring way.
Over the years, Martial was always my go-to person and mentor for anything related to sound. A significant part of how I work and think today as a professional was built from the things I learned from him.
I'm happy to recommend Martial Bouhasira, who recorded our podcast, "The Social Entrepreneurship Podcast," for us.
Throughout the work, Martial showed exceptional professionalism and a genuine commitment to quality. He doesn't settle for anything less than excellent, pays attention to the small details, and makes sure the final result meets the highest standard.
Alongside his focus on quality, I was especially impressed by his high availability and speed of work. He responded to our needs quickly, maintained pleasant and clear communication, and made the recording process simple and comfortable.
I warmly recommend Martial to anyone looking for a dedicated, fast and precise professional, someone you can rely on all the way through.
Best regards,
My name is Moshe Garsin, and professionally I'm known as Uno Dos.
I had the privilege of creating my album alongside Martial Bouhasira, and for a long period we worked together, step by step, until the work took on its shape and soul.
When you approach the creation of an album, you bring with you much more than music. You bring a dream, ideas, emotions, and sometimes quite a few fears too. That's why the person standing beside you through that process matters just as much as the result itself.
And Martial was, for me, much more than a professional.
He was someone I felt comfortable and safe working with. Someone who truly listens, who understands the artist's direction and desire, and knows how to take those things and turn them into a musical reality.
His flexibility, patience and attentiveness were present the whole way through.
Alongside very high professionalism and attention to detail, I always felt I had in front of me someone who genuinely cares about the work and the result, and doesn't settle for just "getting the job done." The ability to work together pleasantly, with respect and with real listening, with the feeling that there's a team working toward one shared goal - that, to me, was something that couldn't be taken for granted.
I can say wholeheartedly that I couldn't have chosen a better person to produce my album. Choosing Martial was right for me, both professionally and personally, and I'm happy and proud of the journey we made together.
I recommend Martial wholeheartedly to any artist, creator or person looking for a professional - he's both an excellent professional and a true partner on the way.
With deep appreciation and gratitude,
My name is Shoham Vigiser, and I'm an artist, creator and release music. I warmly recommend Mr. Martial Bouhasira, who worked with me on recording, editing and producing vocals and various instruments, and whose sound engineering and advice I also enjoyed.
Working with Martial was always carried out at the highest professional level, in a pleasant atmosphere and with a lot of patience. He's available and courteous, and brings with him enormous knowledge and experience alongside real creativity. Martial pushes things forward, knows how to get the best out of every moment in the studio, and consistently keeps to schedule.
One of his standout traits is his ability to work with everyone I brought with me, both on the human and the musical level, across an enormous range of styles. He has a unique ear and a border-crossing understanding of music, sound and production.
I recommend him wholeheartedly to any artist or organization looking for a professional, creative and reliable partner.
Best regards,
I met Martial nearly a decade ago, when he produced the very first song I ever made. Since then and to this day, he brings with him a rare combination of experience, professionalism, and deep familiarity with the world of sound and production - but what's most special about him, to me, is actually his humility.
Over the past two years, we came back to work together, and in another collaboration we created an old-school hip-hop track that connects past and future and brings a huge amount of energy.
Martial is so much more than a producer and sound engineer - he feels like a big brother you can come to just as you are, let go, laugh, and bring all the creativity you have. There's a calm about him, a curiosity, and a real sense of purpose around the creative work, and above all a reminder of why we're doing this in the first place: to enjoy the journey.
I worked with Martial on mixes, studio recordings, and even as a writing partner. Martial is one of the most all-in people I've ever worked with, he's always there for the music - no matter the style or how complex the project is, he'll dive into every corner and make his magic happen.
Always with 200% heart, with a kid's excitement, with an open mind but also without censoring himself when he feels something isn't working. Highly recommended!
I met Martial while working on my first Hebrew-language album, "Chai."
As someone who was new to the country at the time, I arrived from abroad with a strong connection to the hip-hop of New York and also of France. I was looking for that sound not just in the productions, but in every kick and snare, in the feel of the samples and in the color of the sound itself. Martial was exactly the right person for this.
We spent days and nights in the studio getting to the sound I was looking for. He's a pure hip-hop head and a mixing engineer by grace. He got where my head was at right away, and was even more stubborn than me, without compromising on anything. It was one of the most beautiful experiences I've had in the world of music, and without Martial the album wouldn't sound the way it sounds.
